What are your rates?
Boarding:
We charge $58 per day for dog boarding. $35 per day for dog daycare.
BOARDING INCLUDES DAYCARE
If your dog is not picked up between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, you will be charged for an additional day.
Daycare is same-day service only. Drop-off is between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and pick-up is between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
What should I pack for my dog's stay?
We provide a comfy raised bed for every dog. Please bring your dog’s food, and feel free to pack special items from home, like a favorite chew toy or blanket, to make your pup feel extra cozy and at ease during their stay.
How do I make a Reservation?
Reservations can be made online or by calling our team at (651)775-0713#3. We recommend booking early to secure your dog’s spot!
When can I check-in or check-out my dog?
You can check-in or check-out your dog from 8:00am-9:00am and 5:00pm-6:00pm, 7 days a week, except on major holidays.
Do dogs need to be spayed or neutered to attend?
Yes! For the safety and comfort of all our guests, all dogs must be spayed or neutered before joining Hometown Dog Boarding. This helps us maintain a happy, stress-free environment for every pup.
Can you accommodate dogs with special needs or medication?
Yes! We can accommodate dogs with special needs or medication requirements. Just let us know upon drop-off so we can provide the best care possible.
Will I get updates about my dog during their stay?
Absolutely! Every guest receives a daily PUPdate with photos so you can see all the fun your pup is having.
Do you allow tours of your facility?
Yes, tours are available by request. To help maintain a calm, home-like environment, we limit tours because dogs often become extremely excited when they see new people. For this reason, tours are not offered on weekends, which are our busiest times.
However, we do offer a virtual tour available 24/7 on our About page, so you can explore our facility at your convenience.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your pet’s scheduled arrival. Cancellations made with less than 5 days’ notice—or no-shows—will incur a 50% charge of the total stay, unless we’re able to fill the spot from our waitlist.
