Frequently asked questions
What should I bring for my dog’s stay?
We provide a comfortable raised bed for every dog, and we ask that you bring your dog’s food. You’re also welcome to bring special items from home — like a favorite chew toy or blanket — to help your pup feel extra cozy and at ease during their stay.
How do I make a Reservation?
Reservations can be made online or by calling our team at (651)775-0713#3. We recommend booking early to secure your dog’s spot!
What are your Check-in/Check-out hours?
Check-in/Check-out is available from 8:00am-9:00am and 5:00pm-6:00pm 7 days a week. Except major holidays.
Is spaying or neutering required for dogs attending Hometown Dog Boarding?
Yes! For the safety and comfort of all our guests, all dogs must be spayed or neutered before joining Hometown Dog Boarding. This helps us maintain a happy, stress-free environment for every pup.
Can my dog join if they have special needs or require medication?
Yes! We accommodate dogs with special needs or medication requirements. Please let us know upon drop-off so we can provide the best care possible.
Will I receive updates about my dog?
Absolutely! Every guest receives a daily PUPdate with photos so you can see all the fun your pup is having.
Do you offer daycare only, or overnight boarding too?
We offer both! Dogs can join us for all-day daycare or overnight stays in our cozy, home-style suites. Every dog receives love, attention, and plenty of socialization.
